The company is a game company that publishes titles across multiple platforms ranging from console to handheld and mobile. You will be responsible for managing the development, launch, and operation of their titles on various platforms. Responsibilities * Plan and present cohesive strategies for launching and operating online titles. * Coordinate efforts by Development, Localization, QA, Marketing, and Community teams to execute decided strategies. * Establish and communicate KPI targets and make efforts to achieve them by including, but not limited to implementing and operating new content and events/trade shows. * Lead forecasting, consumer marketing, and A/B testing. * Communicate with platform account managers to find promotional opportunities. * Stay on top of new best practices and technologies to keep up with the competition. * Test prototypes of future game titles to provide constructive feedback. * Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties that are assigned by upper management. Qualifications * Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is required. * 7+ years of hands-on experience in game production, having worked on multiple game projects/titles. * Strong attention to detail and a high competency in both written and verbal communication in English and Japanese. * Excellent leadership and communication skills with a passion for working with and guiding creative teams. * Passionate about story-telling, video games, and video game development. * Experience working on console titles and operating live ops games is a plus. *** Candidates who need visa sponsorship are also welcome to apply!
